The postures help to tone the body and to release tension and stress. The breathing practices bring the mind and body together to aid health and wellbeing. 
I run 2 weekly adult classes, workshops, 1-1 and small group sessions

Yoga classes

Paxcroft Mead, Hilperton

Tuesday evenings 7.15-8.30pm

This class is at Paxcroft Mead Community Centre, 17 Hackett Place, Hilperton BA14 7GW.

 

Studley Green, Trowbridge

Wednesday evenings 7.15-8.30pm

This class is at Studley Green Community Centre, Lambrok Road, Trowbridge BA14 9HA. See photo and map below for directions (the postcode does not work in a satnav).

Evening classes information

Both these classes are suitable for mixed abilities, beginners welcome. It is reciommended that you bring your own yoga mat, however some spare mats and sanitiser will be available if needed.

Booking and payment

 

£8.00 per class when booking per calendar month.

Once the month has started this is non-refundable.

 

Missed classes can be made up by attending the other weekly class that I run at anytime during that month.

In your office or work setting, for you and a group of friends in your home or a setting of your choosing. 45, 60 or 90 minutes. Get in touch to discuss your needs.

Corporate yoga 

 

Hold a team building, health and wellbeing session. I will provide all the mats, music, creating an energising, uplifting, experience. Go on treat your staff. You know they deserve it!

Bi- monthly workshops - Extended yoga practice.

 

Westwood Parish Rooms

 

In these extended yoga practices we have more time to experience the poses, attend to deep conscious breathing practices. The morning includes mindful flowing yoga sequences, holding postures with awareness, stability and ease. Everyone is encouraged to practice their own personal level and pace. The sessions will also include a mindfulness / meditation practice and or a relaxation practice such as Yoga Nidra (a lying down relaxed in the body, but mentally awake and alert practice) to end the session leaving you feeling relaxed but energised.
